BRONX CONEXION INFO
Bronx Conexión is a driving 20-piece Latin-Jazz Big Band led by NYC percussionist, composer/arranger, and educator - Victor Rendón. The ensemble, brings a group of professional musicians with a wide variety of experience in the field. Bronx Conexión keeps the tradition of Tito Puente, Machito, Mario Bauza, among others. The group has played at the Johnny Pacheco Latin Music & Jazz Festival, The Greater Hartford Jazz Festival, Hamilton College, among other venues. The band also held a residency at the famed Nuyorican Poets Café from September 2014 to March of 2020.
